Understanding the Employment Equity amendments and how it will affect you and your business?

The Employment Equity Act 1998 Amendments have been confirmed in the Government Gazette no.48418 dated 14 April 2023. For South African businesses, this includes designated employers who employ 50 or more than 50 employees, irrespective of their annual turnover. Businesses with less than 50 employees do not have to comply with the Act.
