EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
EEA1 Form
The EEA1 Form is used to obtain information from employees for the purpose of assisting employers with conducting an analysis on the workforce profile.

EEA9
The EEA9 indicates the occupational levels. The table provides equivalent levels from each of these job evaluation systems.
The EEA9 provides a table of equivalent occupational levels that may be used by employers when completing the EEA2 and EEA4 forms.

Section 20 requires designated employers to prepare and implement an Employment Equity Plan which will achieve reasonable progress towards employment equity in the employer’s workforce

Template for reporting on analysis conducted in terms of Section 19 of the Act. Designated employers are expected to complete this template in order to comply with Section 19, which must include an analysis of their workforce profile, policies, procedures, practices and environment.
